Can I send in Parts for Repair?
Yes, select parts can be sent to American Changer for diagnostics and repair. You can start this process by clicking here to fill out the RMA Request Form. Items that qualify for repair are listed on that page. It is important that you have your serial number ready when filling out the form. Note, some parts are beyond repair if there is severe damage. It is very helpful for our team to have images of the part prior to shipment.
It is necessary that you contact American Changer and receive an RMA number prior to sending in a part.
How do I locate my serial number?
Your machine's serial number is located on the inside of the machine's door.

Your machine's serial number is documented within our system. We use your serial number to identify important details about you machine/part.
